Our small-to-medium-sized plaintiff’s personal injury law firm maintains a nationwide practice, with attorneys licensed in multiple states. We regularly consider candidates for an experienced litigation paralegal role. This role offers the benefit of working remotely. Our firm handles a wide range of personal injury practice areas, including motor vehicle collision, nursing home abuse, medical malpractice, premises liability, product liability, and medical device claims.
The job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, communicating with clients, preparing demand packages, drafting and filing complaints and other pleadings, preparing and responding to discovery, coordinating with experts, reviewing and summarizing medical records and discovery materials, managing case calendars and court deadlines, and preparing trial-related materials. QualificationsThe ideal candidate must be able to multitask, stay organized, and pay close attention to detail. Strong communication skills and empathy in client interactions are essential. Candidates should be comfortable managing multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.

Candidates should be adaptable, tech-savvy, and eager to learn new systems. Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and general document handling is required. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Prior litigation experience is strongly preferred. The firm is willing to provide training and support to help the right candidate grow within the role.
