Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and execution-driven Logistics Lead to take full ownership of our logistics operations, including self-operated warehouses and an in-house delivery fleet. This role will be responsible for building and optimizing warehouse processes, managing last-mile delivery performance, and leading logistics teams to ensure operational excellence, on-time fulfillment, and cost efficiency as we scale across markets.

Core Responsibilities
  • Build and manage end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing, dispatching, delivery, and reverse logistics
  • Oversee self-operated warehouses: layout planning, inventory control, inbound/outbound accuracy, and process optimization
  • Lead and develop the in-house driver team: hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management
  • Design and continuously optimize delivery routes to improve on-time rate and reduce mileage costs
  • Establish and enforce logistics SOPs, safety standards, and compliance policies
  • Monitor daily execution, troubleshoot operational issues, and coordinate real-time solutions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Tech, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketplace teams to align logistics with business needs
  • Track KPIs and drive improvements across delivery efficiency, warehouse accuracy, customer satisfaction, and unit economics
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on logistics experience, including managing warehouse operations and driver teams
  • Strong operational leadership with experience managing frontline teams in fast-paced environments
  • Data-driven with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • High sense of ownership, adaptability, and ability to execute under pressure
Preferred
  • Experience in food delivery, express, or last-mile logistics
  • Multi-city logistics or fleet operation experience
  • Prior experience in startups or building logistics systems from the ground up
