Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Full-Time AM Shift
Sunnyvale Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our clinical team in Sunnyvale, CA. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality, compassionate care to our residents in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Position Overview
Role: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Schedule: Full-Time, AM Shift
Compensation: $40.00 – $45.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Key Responsibilities
Provide direct, high-quality nursing care to residents according to individual care plans.
Administer medications and treatments accurately and in a timely manner.
Monitor, record, and report changes in resident conditions to physicians and families.
Complete accurate and timely electronic documentation (EMR).
Supervise and guide Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on shift.
Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.
Qualifications
Active, unrestricted California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
Current BLS/CPR certification.
Previous experience in post-acute care, skilled nursing, or long-term care preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary clinical team.
