Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Full-Time AM Shift

Sunnyvale Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our clinical team in Sunnyvale, CA. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality, compassionate care to our residents in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Position Overview

  • Role: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

  • Schedule: Full-Time, AM Shift

  • Compensation: $40.00 – $45.00 per hour (depending on experience)

  • Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct, high-quality nursing care to residents according to individual care plans.

  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Monitor, record, and report changes in resident conditions to physicians and families.

  • Complete accurate and timely electronic documentation (EMR).

  • Supervise and guide Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on shift.

  • Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.

Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.

  • Current BLS/CPR certification.

  • Previous experience in post-acute care, skilled nursing, or long-term care preferred.

  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary clinical team.
