Set up and operate a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments. Includes precision instrument set up and operate CNC Lathes and Turn Mills. Knowledge on operating manual Lathe and Manual Mill.

Job Skills:

  • Must understand CNC machine processes.
  • Must have a strong work ethic.
  • Must understand G and M codes. 
  • Must be able to interpret GD&T from drawings. 
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in a CNC production or job shop environment. 

Desired Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. . 
  • Experience with Haas, Makino, Hermle and Nakamura Machine tools.
  • Familiar with Fanuc, Siemens, Robo Drills controllers.
  • Mastercam (or other) programming experience is a plus. 

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to occasionally lift/or move up to 50 pounds.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $29.9 – $50.82 hourly. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.  Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure, and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
