The Role
Are you a seasoned CRM expert who thrives in the "post-go-live" world? We are looking for a Post-Implementation Consultant to own the technical evolution of our clients' CRM ecosystems.

You will act as a dedicated technical lead for multiple live clients, translating complex business strategies into scalable technical configurations. You will manage a billable book of work, delivering professional services remotely while serving as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for ongoing application enhancement and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Technical Delivery: Lead the end-to-end configuration and deployment of enhancements across the CRM Suite
  • Technical Architect: Ensuring all deliverables meet architectural best practices and client timelines
  • Solution Design: Translate business requests into technical design and functional specifications
  • Client Leadership: Serve as a "Trusted Advisor" to client stakeholders, providing proactive recommendations on system optimization
  • Performance Accountability: Maintain high monthly utilization targets by efficiently managing a portfolio of multiple clients in a shared-dedicated capacity
  • Release Management: Conduct impact assessments for product releases, advising clients on how new features will interact within their product footprint
  • Root Cause Analysis: Address technical escalations, identifying architectural gaps and implementing configuration fixes

Requirements

  • 3+ Years of Billable Consulting: Proven experience in a client-facing professional services or managed services role. You must have experience managing client expectations, project scope, and billable hours
  • Hands-on Technical Depth: 3+ years of direct experience building and configuring CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or Veeva). You must be comfortable with complex security models, validation rules, flow automation, and deployment lifecycles
  • Sovereign Delivery: Ability to work autonomously in a remote capacity, managing multiple client workstreams simultaneously without constant oversight
  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional ability to explain technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders via email, presentations, and live workshops

Nice to Have

  • Life Sciences Expertise: Direct experience working within the Life Sciences or Healthcare vertical, with an understanding of the unique compliance and operational needs of these organizations
  • Veeva CRM/Vault Certification: Current certifications in Veeva CRM or the Veeva Vault platform
  • Technical Architecture Exposure: Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, or data integration tools

Perks & Benefits

  • Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance
  • Flexible PTO and company paid holidays
  • Retirement programs
  • 1% charitable giving program

Compensation

  • Base pay: $70,000 - $140,000
  • The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location.
