This role is responsible for managing customer relationships throughout the delivery of Premium Services engagements, serving as a primary client liaison and helping ensure customer satisfaction. The Premium Services Administrator works closely with customers to plan annual security training and assessment programs, develop implementation and communication strategies, launch training assignments and assessment campaigns, and provide ongoing support. The role also includes managing customer accounts, maintaining accurate records within the CRM system, and resolving or escalating technical issues as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with customers to plan annual Security Training and Assessment programs.

  • Develop implementation and communication strategies.

  • Create and launch training assignments, assessment campaigns, and status reports.

  • Resolve low-level technical issues related to ZenGuide Security software.

  • Follow approved escalation processes for software-related concerns.

  • Manage a portfolio of Premium Services customer accounts.

  • Maintain current customer status information within the CRM system.

  • Provide detailed documentation of customer interactions and planning sessions.

  • Serve as the primary customer liaison throughout the delivery of Premium Services engagements.

  • Maintain customer communication and support overall client satisfaction.

  • Work with delivery teams to support execution of contracted services.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a solid understanding of SaaS.

  • Strong interpersonal and customer management skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop technical skills; experience with HTML, Salesforce, Splunk, Microsoft Excel, and Smartsheet is a plus.

  • Excellent time management skills.

  • Ability to learn quickly, ask questions, solve problems, and work independently.

  • High energy, confidence, and an enthusiastic attitude.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets as set out below. Pay within these ranges varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. The range provided may represent a candidate range and may not reflect the full range for an individual tenured employee. This role may be eligible for variable compensation and/or equity. We offer a competitive benefits package, including flexible time off, a comprehensive well-being program with two paid Wellbeing Days and two paid Volunteer Days per year, plus a three-week Work from Anywhere option.

Base Pay Ranges:

SF Bay Area, New York City Metro Area:

Base Pay Range: 77,500.00 - 113,630.00 USD

California (excludes SF Bay Area), Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington DC Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, Virginia, and Alaska:

Base Pay Range: 61,200.00 - 89,760.00 USD

All other cities and states excluding those listed above:

Base Pay Range: 56,100.00 - 82,280.00 USD
