The Management Associate (MA) participates in a critical and highly successful two-year program focused on developing the Company’s next pool of leadership talent. Throughout the program, Management Associates rotate through various lines of domestic and international business in order to gain a strong knowledge of each business and a solid understanding of Carrington as a whole, both functionally and culturally. With a focus on building upon key leadership skills, professionalism, managerial courage, and technical knowledge, the end goal of the program is to determine where the MA may be best suited to advance forward with a career at Carrington. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The pay is $75,000.

What you'll do:

  • Develop strategic goals and objectives with the assigned Business Mentor for each rotation period (lasting approximately 3-4 months in duration).
  • Focus on special projects and/or identify key process improvement opportunities while delivering timely analyses and reports to each Business Mentor.
  • Engage in both formal and ad-hoc on-the-job training.
  • May develop complex analyses that could be used in support of key business decisions.
  • Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure all information in reporting or presentation materials is accurately represented to management and staff.
  • Present analyses and key findings to senior management.
  • Attend all Management Associate Program activities.
  • Partner with fellow MA peers as needed for ongoing support, cross-sharing of knowledge, and assistance with navigating through various business units.
  • Meet periodically with the Program Manager/Advisor to keep them informed; provide a monthly status report.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field
  • Valid U.S. Passport
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
