Overview
Account Management responsibilities for Financial institution account, including but not limited to:• Managing overall account relationship with banks• Developing strong business relationships with heads of different business units and other key areas, as well as individual bank managers responsible for client portfolios• Deep understanding of customer main priorities and strategy and ensure execution• Identifying and implementing strategies that grow MasterCard volume, revenue and share as well as supporting our customer's business objectives• Developing long-term strategies and tactics for Customers to grow portfolios and increase their profitability • Partnering across functional areas in LAC to deliver quality and impact to customer
Role• Coordinating brand building, product management, and product implementation activities with customers and internal MasterCard contacts to comply with deal commitments in order to achieve quick acceleration of share growth• Analyzing the customers' business through profitability modeling, financial forecasting, and competitive analysis• Negotiate end to end commercial deals with costumers• Organizing periodical business reviews with Customer and collaborating with regional Account Lead in regional and global reporting to Citi Headquarters. • Developing profitability models, financial and business forecasts, competitive analyses • Facilitating and coordinating the delivery of MasterCard products and services• Facilitating and coordinating optimal leveraging of marketing and sponsorship assets
All About You• Proven ability to develop business relationships at all levels• Results-oriented and customer-focused• Strong business development and sales experience• Strong experience within the payments industry, with demonstrated multi-disciplinary knowledge, (e.g. finance/negotiations/customer relationship management/payment products)• Strong leadership skills, capable of leading a team and working in a matrix environment• Customer Focused. Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers• Excellent financial and analytical skills (e.g., cards P&L analysis, financial forecasting, competitive analysis)• Strong presentation skills, written and oral, in both Spanish and English• Strong sales and communications skills, must be able to sell to Sr. Management• Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred)• Bi-lingual Spanish and English
