Title and Summary
Manager, B2B Marketing - Content & Integrated Campaigns
Mastercard Services is seeking a B2B Campaign Manager to support data & analytics content and integrated campaign execution. This role sits within the Integrated Capability Marketing team and is responsible for developing and executing integrated campaigns and content for executive and decision maker audiences globally.
This is a hands-on role for a marketer who combines strong campaign execution skills with the ability to translate complex solutions and services into clear, compelling stories. Success in this role will depend on strong cross-functional collaboration, excellent communication, and the ability to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline impact.
Key Responsibilities:
B2B Campaign Development & Execution• Lead planning and execution of integrated B2B campaigns aligned to Mastercard's data & analytics buying center priorities.• Manage day-to-day campaign execution and delivery across channels including content, web, email, paid media, events, and business development programs.• Partner with product marketing, demand generation, field marketing, and business development teams to align campaigns to go-to-market priorities and business goals.
Content Strategy & Creation• Develop high-quality, full-funnel content for executive audiences, including thought leadership, whitepapers, reports, and industry- and persona-specific assets.• Partner with subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate, credible, and customer-centric.• Apply a strong understanding of Insights & Intelligence solutions and services to create content that educates buyers and supports demand generation.
Messaging & Storytelling• Translate complex data and analytics solution an services capabilities into clear, compelling narratives aligned to customer needs and use cases.• Help develop and evolve audience-specific messaging and positioning frameworks that ensure consistency across campaigns and touchpoints.• Tailor value propositions for audiences by understanding buyer needs, decision criteria, and market dynamics.• Partner with internal teams to turn solution positioning into scalable campaign narratives that strengthen brand relevance and commercial impact.
Cross-Functional Collaboration• Build strong relationships across product marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, field marketing, business development, and marketing operations to support integrated campaign execution.• Work effectively across diverse teams and perspectives, using sound judgment and diplomacy to move work forward.
Performance & Optimization• Monitor campaign and content performance across key metrics including engagement, lead generation, conversion, and pipeline contribution.• Use performance data, market feedback, and customer insights to optimize messaging, content formats, and channel strategy.• Share performance updates, insights, and recommendations with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
Skills & Experience:
Required• 4-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on campaign management or content strategy.• Strong writing and storytelling skills, including experience creating content for business and technical audiences.• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, compelling customer value propositions.• Experience supporting demand generation and full-funnel B2B campaigns.• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.• Experience working effectively in highly cross-functional, global organizations.
Preferred• Experience with marketing data, analytics, insights, or intelligence solutions and services.• Background in content strategy & creation or editorial roles.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in Canada, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive pay based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
