$57,400.00 and $95,000.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at
$73,000.

How You Will Make an Impact
- Coach, lead and motivate a team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales and performance targets
- Spend 80% of your time in the field supporting your team and 20% handling office responsibilities and administrative tasks
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive team territory plan while setting and monitoring individual sales goals using Spectrum's systems and tools
- Resolve customer complaints and address issues impacting sales operations to maintain efficiency
- Organize regular meetings to keep the team informed of tools, process and product updates
- Recruit, train and coach Account Executives, handling employee relations, performance reviews and ensuring training compliance
- Oversee daily funnel activity for individual sales representatives, including contacts, presentations and sales
- Ensure accurate completion of administrative tasks and reporting for all sales activities
- Maintain detailed knowledge of Spectrum's product offerings, marketplace trends and competitive landscape, while building positive relationships with customers and partners

Education
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field or equivalent experience
Experience
- 5+ years of telecommunications product and services sales experience
- 5+ years of business-to-business sales management experience
Skills
- Read, write, speak and understand English
- Experience organizing, implementing and maintaining sales goals
- Knowledge of communications technologies and services, with a focus on telephone and Internet fundamentals
- Valid state driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
