Antenna is the leading provider of data and analytics for subscription media services in the U.S. Antenna's standardized metrics, competitive benchmarks, syndicated insights, and market intelligence are trusted by some of the most recognized and respected brands across media and entertainment sectors. Using a proprietary AI-powered approach, Antenna connects subscription activities with real consumer viewership to provide services, studios, and creators with an unmatched, market-wide view of subscriber behaviors to better understand acquisition, retention, and engagement.

We’re looking for a Manager, Commercial Ops who sees commercial operations as the engine room of the business: someone who gets real satisfaction from turning a messy pipeline into a clean one, a one-off deal into a repeatable process, and scattered data into a story leadership can act on. You'll have real ownership here, deal desk, pricing, HubSpot, AI-driven workflows, account plans, and the reporting that keeps our whole commercial org honest with itself.

You will report to the CEO. Antenna is a remote-first company, and we are looking for candidates who can work during US business hours. Preferably, you should be based in a US time zone: Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific.

What You’ll Do
  • Own deal desk operations end to end: providing pricing guidance, structuring non-standard or complex deals, and keeping pricing and discounting standards consistent across the sales org
  • Execute standard SOWs and MSAs and maintain contracting standards, partnering with Customer Success, Sales, and outside legal / fractional GC on approvals and non-standard terms
  • Own pipeline hygiene, stage definitions, and forecasting inputs, and run recurring pipeline and forecast reviews that keep leadership focused on the deals and risks that matter
  • Own commercial OKRs end to end, setting the cadence, tracking progress against key results, and surfacing risks and blockers to leadership before they compound
  • Own data hygiene, lead routing, and lifecycle definitions in partnership with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing
  • Identify and stand up AI-driven workflows across the commercial motion, from automation of routine reports to sharpening pipeline and forecasting signals
  • Support development of pitch decks and other sales materials that help the team tell a consistent, credible story to prospects and clients
  • Build and operate Antenna's Account Plans capability, mapping key stakeholders, growth opportunities, and account health for our most important accounts
  • Drive internal reporting and communication across the commercial org, turning pipeline, deal, and account data into clear, actionable updates for leadership
Who You Are
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, commercial operations, deal desk, or a similar sales/commercial function
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, comfortable with pricing logic, deal structuring, and contracting concepts like MSAs and SOWs
  • Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms and CRM tooling, ideally as the day-to-day owner of a system like HubSpot (data hygiene, lead routing, and reporting), not just a user of one
  • Practical experience using AI tools to drive real efficiency, whether that's automating reporting, building workflows, or applying them to pipeline and forecasting work
  • Strong cross-functional stakeholder management, with a track record of partnering effectively across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Legal to keep deals and projects moving
  • Practical hands-on experience AI to operational workflows, not just casual or search use of a chatbot
Antenna Benefits:
  • Work from anywhere during US business hours
  • Competitive compensation, including participation in Antenna equity program
  • Mentorship from experienced executives
  • Opportunity to grow and impact a rapidly growing start up
  • Travel to In-person team off-sites (visa-permitting)
