YOU WILL BE: 

The Manager, Corporate Communications & Content plays a pivotal role in shaping internal and external narratives, driving employee engagement and enhancing executive visibility. This leader translates business priorities into high-impact content across multiple channels both internally and externally. This role will dual report to both the head or internal and external communications.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Develop and execute compelling content that aligns with company goals and strengthen culture—including written communications, leadership messages, newsletter and digital content

  • Draft and execute executive, corporate, and brand LinkedIn content strategies to drive engagement and thought leadership

  • Prepare briefing materials, messaging documents for media opportunities and executive speaking engagements

  • Lead editorial calendar development and content creation for key corporate communications newsletters and digital channels.

  • Develop and maintain a library of corporate assets for use across corporate communications channels 

  • Shape and manage internal campaigns that elevate cultural initiatives, values, and enterprise-wide programs

  • Create feedback mechanisms and analyze engagement metrics to refine communications tactics and ensure messages resonate and drive action 

  • Additional department responsibilities as needed

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate communications or brand PR, preferably in luxury retail or customer-centric sectors, supporting senior-level executives 

  • Strong writing, editorial planning, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.

  • Experience managing press including pitching, prepping leaders and facilitating interviews.

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related discipline.

Salary Range $95,790 - $139,000*

Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
