Overview
Mastercard's Executive Talent Acquisition function plays a critical role in shaping the company's future by identifying, engaging, and attracting top senior level talent across global markets. The team partners closely with business leaders, HR executives, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure Mastercard continues to lead the industry through exceptional executive hiring and worldclass talent pipeline strategies.
Job Responsibilities
Partner with Hiring Managers and HR stakeholders to design and implement targeted sourcing and attraction strategies for senior executive roles in the external market.
Lead initial executive talent assessments, conducting thoughtful screening and engagement of passive candidates to determine alignment with business needs.
Develop and maintain robust executive pipelines within the CRM, ensuring strong pools of deployable talent for both current and future opportunities.
Ensure adherence to core TA processes and systems, championing operational discipline, data quality, and process integrity across all stages of the executive hiring lifecycle.
Monitor and report on sourcing effectiveness using key performance indicators-such as direct sourcing success, time-to-fill, cost per hire, diversity outcomes, pipeline strength, and ATS/CRM data accuracy-to drive continuous improvement in executive sourcing strategies.
All About You
Proven experience designing and executing sophisticated executive level sourcing strategies.
Demonstrated success attracting senior level professionals through diverse, multichannel sourcing approaches.
Deep familiarity with applicant tracking systems and CRM platforms; advanced experience is a plus.
High ethical standards, strong integrity, and a genuine passion for identifying and championing top talent.
Operates with urgency and a service-oriented mindset, delivering an exceptional experience to stakeholders and candidates
Strong networking capability with a track record of building lasting, high value professional relationships
Self-driven, resilient, and able to operate as an independent contributor while navigating a complex, global matrixed environment
