Job Description Summary
Mastercard's Executive Talent Acquisition team plays a pivotal role in attracting and recruiting top talent to meet the current and future leadership needs of the organization. As a Senior Specialist, Executive Talent Sourcing, you will be delivering on this mission, with a strategic lens to identify and engage top talent for key executive roles.
You're a fit for this role if you have a background in executive recruiting, talent sourcing, or candidate research, and are naturally curious about industry trends and the executive talent landscape. We're looking for an experienced talent sourcing professional who is highly organized, thrives working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, and has a high degree of technical fluency.
Role:• Act as a partner and advisor to our executive recruitment team and executive leadership ranks by developing, driving, and executing strategies to identify and recruit top leadership talent. • Develop and deliver detailed market maps that visualize the current talent landscape, competitive market insights and sample talent profiles.• Grow and develop pipelines of qualified talent through market insights, research, outreach efforts, and referrals.• Organize prospects into well-curated, relevant talent pipelines and serve as the point person for CRM best practices in Executive Talent Acquisition. Own and manage CRM usage to ensure data integrity and pipeline visibility.
All About You:• Experience in talent acquisition, executive research, in-house talent sourcing, or agency recruiting. • Strong Research and Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and synthesize large volumes of information and source, assess, and map top executive talent using various tools, databases, and methodologies.• Industry and Market Knowledge: Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of industry trends, job families, and organizational structures to identify and target the right candidates.• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Humble and curious with the ability to engage and build trust with senior-level candidates and provide clear, concise and strategic updates to executive level stakeholders. • Highly organized: Proactive, detail and results-oriented, you are able to manage priorities and projects across multiple stakeholder groups.
