- Drives the global insights transformation to deliver 2030 McCain growth ambitions in partnership with Director - Global Insights.

What you'll be doing .
Global Strategic Insight Transformation Support
- Drives with Director - Global Insights, on the overall development of insight capabilities within McCain
- Develops/delivers "fit for purpose" internal capabilities and external partnerships on brand and comms to drive this transformation at pace, globally
- Builds deep external partnerships to drive speed and efficiency globally for Brand Equity & Comms Testing and other capabilities, as needed.
- Efficiently/effectively manages brand equity/comms research budget, ensuring high ROI
- Leads the insight learning plan on Surecrisp across markets to ensure the continued growth and leadership of the category
- Drives global platforms and regional pipelines of enterprise-wide and forward-thinking consumer/operator insights as required
- Role models best in class, high quality, standards on all research/insights.
- Role models collaborative working across insights and with commercial and other functional teams spanning all geographies
Trusted Strategic Partner
- Proactively identifies and codifies consumer/operator insight to drive McCain to be an iconic brand with undisputed potato leadership
- Drives to influence future (5+ year) business direction with knowledge-based foresight to future-proof the business
- Flexes style to drive consumer & operator insight based data driven decisions (from stakeholders to local brand management)
- Ensures that all recommendations and learnings from the insight community on brand and comms are based on appropriate and unbiased research and are within resource allocation/timelines
Global Demand Science Activation
- Has deep expertise of Demand Spaces insights framework
- Drives further embedding of Demand Spaces into the organization by coaching on toolkits and frameworks to understand and extract actionable insights for growth into business strategies & plans
- Leads Lift and Adapt proposition appeal insights across markets, ensuring Demand Space targeting is met
- Coaches market teams to use playbooks and toolkits that leads to demand and insight led commercial plans.
What you'll need to be successful .
- Bachelor's degree required (demonstrating analytical ability); MBA preferred
- 6+ years of Marketing Insights, with a minimum of 4 years in retail
- Research experience in at least 2 markets, one US or Canada and one outside e.g. Europe (remotely is acceptable). Preferable is experience in at least 4 markets.
- Experience in both brand building and innovation research, and foodservice insights experience preferred
- A proven track record of conducting and using research to develop opportunities and making business decisions
- Experience in championing new market research techniques
- Knowledge and awareness of how AI can make research more efficient
- Proven track record in delivering several complex projects at a time
