Job Summary
 

Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced and proactive Manager, Document Imaging Operations to join our Imaging Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day branch imaging operations, overseeing multiple shifts, and driving site financial performance through workflow optimization and capacity planning.
This role is not in the medical field. It is a technical operations and logistics role focused on digital imaging, document management, and workflow technology.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage Site Operations: Oversee all activities related to imaging operations, including multiple projects and programs across various shifts, while ensuring all imaging equipment is properly maintained.

  • Drive Performance and Collaboration: Analyze workflow performance indicators to coach direct reports and partner with sales and account management teams to support customer site tours and project implementations.

  • Ensure Compliance and Security: Coordinate local operations to maintain proper chain of custody and ensure that all security policies, disaster recovery processes, and organizational standards are strictly followed.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in computer systems and imaging operations, with 2 to 3 years of experience in management.

  • Strong knowledge of Windows environments and imaging software, such as Kofax.

  • Proven ability in people leadership, financial management (focusing on revenue and margin), and capacity planning.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science or equivalent professional training.

Reasonably expected salary range: $81,200.00 - $108,300.00

Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
