Overview
The Manager, Media will support the development, execution, optimization, and measurement of integrated media campaigns across Mastercard's U.S. business. Reporting into the Media Director, this role partners closely with internal marketing teams, agency partners, analytics, and platform partners to ensure campaigns are delivered with excellence. Role
Campaign Management• Support planning and execution of integrated media campaigns across digital, social, video, search, programmatic, CTV and emerging channels.• Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and approvals across internal and external partners.• Track campaign launches and ensure flawless execution.
Agency Management• Serve as a day-to-day contact for media agency partners.• Review media plans, campaign recommendations, and performance reports.• Help ensure agency deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned to business objectives.• Monitor campaign pacing, optimization recommendations, and budget management.
Measurement & Reporting• Assist in developing campaign measurement plans.• Monitor campaign performance against media and marketing KPIs.• Prepare executive-ready performance summaries and dashboards.• Identify trends and recommend optimization opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration• Partner with Consumer Marketing, Global, Analytics, Finance, Procurement, and Creative teams.• Coordinate cross-functional meetings and track key action items.• Help ensure alignment across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Operational Excellence• Maintain campaign documentation, media calendars, and project trackers.• Support budget tracking and invoice reconciliation.• Help identify opportunities to improve team processes and ways of working.
Innovation• Stay informed on evolving media trends, consumer behaviors, and emerging platforms.• Support evaluation of new media opportunities and pilot programs.• Bring forward new ideas that improve effectiveness and efficiency.
All About You• Bachelor's degree • Relevant experience in media planning, ideally with demonstrated progression in campaign execution and strategy.• Demonstrated knowledge across all media channels, TV, OTT, Online Video, Radio, outdoor and all Digital channels• Experience working on projects that require collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders• Strong project management and organizational skills.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Strong attention to detail.• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.• Experience working at or with media agencies.• Familiarity with digital media channels and measurement.• Experience building presentations for senior leadership.• Understanding of campaign reporting and marketing analytics.• Competency around AI, digital marketing, and emerging media trends.• Ability to build trusted relationships with agency and internal partners.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more. Mastercard benefits for interns generally include: 56 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time; jury duty leave; and on-site fitness facilities in some locations.

Purchase, New York: $135,000 - $222,000 USD
