The Team

The newly formed Partner Operations team offers a unique opportunity to help build the operational backbone of Nebius’s rapidly growing partner ecosystem. You’ll work in a collaborative and supportive environment where operational excellence and cross-functional teamwork are key to enabling partner success. As part of a small, high-impact team, you’ll help design the systems, programs, and processes to allow partners to build and scale with Nebius. This is a rare opportunity for a hands-on builder to help shape the infrastructure behind a next-generation AI cloud company operating at the forefront of the global AI economy.

The role

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Partner Programs and Operations to define and operationalize global partner programs while helping to run the core operating cadence for the partnership organization. This role will translate strategy into structured execution, operational discipline, and measurable outcomes across partner go-to-market initiatives.

This is a hands-on partner operations role focused on building frameworks, driving planning discipline, and ensuring the partner organization runs with clear accountability, transparency, and predictable execution.

You are welcome to work remotely from the United States.

Your responsibilities will include:

Partner Program Design & Governance

  • Design, operationalize and provide ongoing management of partner programs including tiers, benefits modeling and frameworks, incentives, eligibility requirements, and governance models.
  • Define program rules of engagement across partner segments (e.g., resellers, ISVs, services partners).
  • Own partner program lifecycle management including documentation, policies, partner program guides, internal operating playbooks, KPIs, internal and external program effectiveness and success reporting and updates.
  • Collaborate with partner marketing, enablement and other internal teams to ensure program requirements translate into optimal partner experience.
  • Lead the launch and evolution of new partner programs as the ecosystem expands.
  • Ensure partner programs align with broader go-to-market strategy and revenue objectives.

Partner Business Operations & Operating Cadence

  • Support and own core operating cadences for the partnership organization, including deal registrations, weekly operations reviews, pipeline reviews, team meeting agendas, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Work with BI teams to create reports for leadership that provide visibility into partner pipelines, performance, and program health.
  • Drive operational discipline across partner teams by clarifying ownership, timelines, and accountability for business cadences and key initiatives.
  • Translate leadership priorities into clear action plans and operational workstreams.
  • Support partner forecasting methodologies and partner-sourced / partner-influenced revenue tracking.
  • Support annual planning cycles including partner capacity modeling, partner joint business planning, coverage planning, and partner contribution targets.
  • Track partner performance metrics and identify risks, opportunities, and areas for operational improvement.
  • Provide structured support for complex partner deals that require coordination across legal, finance, and GTM teams.
  • Ensure that partner pricing policies, approval processes, and operational guidelines are clearly documented and consistently applied.
  • Work with GTM Operations to ensure partner motions align with the overall sales process and GTM strategy.

We expect you to have:

  • 6+ years in Partner Operations or GTM Operations within B2B technology companies.
  • Proven experience designing and scaling partner programs in SaaS, cloud, hyperscaler or enterprise technology environments.
  • Strong operational aptitude with proven experience building structured processes and operational cadences from concept to execution and maintenance.
  • Experience supporting forecasting, GTM performance measurement, and GTM planning.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to drive clarity across complex cross-functional environments.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills with the ability to translate business data into business insights.

It would be an added bonus if you had:

  • Experience building partner programs and tier models from the ground up.
  • Experience designing and managing partner marketplace programs and business operations
  • Experience supporting partner deal desk or partner commercial operations.
  • Experience working in global partner ecosystems with multiple partner segments.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, PRM platforms, and partner reporting frameworks.
  • Experience with partner marketplace design and operations.

  • Remote work reimbursement: Up to $85/month for mobile and internet.
  • Disability & life insurance: Company-paid short-term, long-term and life insurance coverage.

Compensation

We offer competitive salaries, ranging from $185k - $225k OTE + equity based on your experience.
