RESPONSIBILITIES

- Map current state and future state workflows across Sourcing and Real Estate, including stage gates, decision points, and handoffs, with screen level detail where applicable
- Identify redundancies and redesign processes to reduce rework, improve clarity, and increase predictability
- Own the templates and playbooks portfolio, including creation, refresh, version control, and publishing
- Produce crisp, executive ready content that explains the process, what to expect, and what good looks like
- Drive adoption through co design, lightweight training, and enablement, not process policing
- Apply an AI first mindset during process redesign so the future state is not manual by default
- Build and support internal workflows using Power Automate, and be familiar with Copilot agents for internal enablement (lightweight, practical use, not a large agent build program)
- Define operational flow metrics (cycle time, rework, bottlenecks), and put in place systems and processes to measure, track, and report
- Establish simple Microsoft 365 information architecture so templates and playbooks are easy to find, reuse, and maintain
Integration Project Management: Apart from the above, this role will be responsible for managing the Real Estate and Sourcing workstreams in acquisition integrations as needed.
What success looks like
- Priority processes are mapped end to end and teams are following a clear, repeatable way of working
- A usable, maintained library of templates and playbooks is published for Sourcing and Real Estate
- Operational flow metrics are defined and there is an ongoing way to measure and track them, so you can see where work is slowing down and whether changes are helping
- Stakeholders experience clearer expectations, fewer surprises, and more consistent outputs
QUALIFICATIONS
- 7 plus years in operational excellence, process design, operations, program management, or consulting
- Proven ability to build templates and workflows that teams actually adopt
- Strong facilitation and influence skills in a matrix environment
- Strong writing and PowerPoint skills, able to create executive ready artifacts
- Familiarity with Copilot agents plus Power Automate workflows, and comfort using Microsoft 365 tools to enable adoption
- Experience partnering with Sourcing, Procurement, Real Estate, Facilities, Legal, and Finance is a plus
