Own and drive the Open Finance and API product portfolio in Brazil from a product management perspective, ensuring disciplined execution across data-driven and payments-related solutions.
Translate business and product strategy into actionable roadmaps, prioritized backlogs, and delivery plans, balancing growth, scalability, and regulatory constraints.
Lead product discovery and market intelligence, including customer insights, competitive assessment, and continuous regulatory monitoring within the Brazilian Open Finance ecosystem.
Evolve the Open Finance portfolio through new use cases, enhancements, and market-driven innovation, ensuring strong product-market fit.
Define product vision, positioning, and growth strategies to scale within Brazil's Open Finance landscape.
Drive cross-functional execution across Engineering, Data, Design, Legal, Privacy, and Commercial teams, ensuring alignment, delivery discipline, and high-quality outcomes.
Act as the product lead for the strategic partnership in Brazil, including prioritization, execution coordination, KPI tracking, and performance management.
Support go-to-market and client engagement activities, including solution definition, technical discussions, product enablement, and implementation oversight.
Lead the product strategy and commercialization of API products (e.g., BIN Lookup), driving adoption and integration within the broader Open Finance portfolio.
Track product performance and success metrics, proactively identifying risks, trade-offs, data quality considerations, and continuous improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Product Manager delivering technology-led and/or data-driven products, preferably in financial services, payments, fintech, or platform-based environments.
Demonstrated ability to operate end-to-end across product discovery, delivery, and iteration, with strong ownership and accountability mindset.
Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments, effectively influencing without direct authority.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to assess trade-offs, risks, and product impact under regulatory, technical, and data constraints.
Clear, structured communicator, capable of translating complex product concepts into aligned decisions across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable operating in ambiguous and evolving environments, learning through experimentation and iteration.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with solid experience in experience with Open Finance / Open Banking initiatives in Brazil, including regulatory frameworks and data/pay consent-based models.
Hands-on experience with API-based, data, or analytics-driven product ecosystems.
Experience working with strategic partners or ecosystem-based product models.
Fluency in English required; Portuguese native or fluent, Spanish is a nice to have.
