Job Introduction

We’re hiring a player-coach product leader to help scale the Parts product organization and accelerate delivery across our parts B2B wholesale and warehouse management capabilities. You’ll own strategic product areas end to end while leading and developing Product Managers, raising the bar on product craft across the team.
You’ll partner with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Professional Services, Sales, Customer Success, and GTM to deliver scalable solutions for the unique operational needs of automotive dealerships, from single-store operations to enterprise dealer groups running multi-warehouse, high-volume wholesale businesses.
We’re looking for someone with a proven track record building B2B SaaS products, ideally in supply chain, parts catalog and inventory management, order management, or wholesale/distribution systems, with proven experience building AI-native solutions. Experience with automotive retail or franchise dealership operations is a big plus. The right candidate is customer-obsessed, learns fast, takes ownership, and is energized by solving complex business problems alongside engineers, designers, and operations leaders.

Key Role & Responsibilities

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap execution for your areas of the Parts Management and AI module, with accountability for customer outcomes and business impact in alignment with company goals and the broader Fixed Operations roadmap.
• Lead, mentor, and grow Product Managers by setting clear goals, providing regular coaching, and building product judgment and execution skills across the team.
• Lead complex product initiatives spanning multiple Parts product areas, partnering directly with executive stakeholders and enterprise customers on strategic initiatives and go-live readiness.
• Write BRDs and PRDs and drive features, including AI-native solutions, from concept through launch, including prioritization, execution oversight, and tracking adoption and outcomes post-launch.
• Collaborate with senior product leaders to shape the roadmap and translate customer pain points into actionable requirements and user stories.
• Conduct discovery with dealership users, field teams, and implementation specialists, including on-site dealer visits, to uncover gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Use a data-driven approach to define success metrics, prioritize enhancements, and guide decisions that create measurable business impact.
• Drive cross-functional execution across Engineering, Design, QA, Professional Services, Sales, Customer Success, and GTM to ensure smooth development, testing, and release.
• Support implementation teams and handle customer escalations with responsiveness, clarity, and accountability.
• Build scalable, intuitive experiences that support high-volume parts operations, including multi-warehouse inventory workflows.
• Stay current on trends in wholesale distribution, logistics, and AI to help inform product strategy.

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS, with a track record of leading successful product initiatives.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, catalog management, order management, or order fulfillment, including experience building AI-native solutions.
• 2+ years of experience leading teams with direct people management responsibility.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and driving product strategy from concept through delivery.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate market and customer insights into actionable product plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies and modern product development tools, including AI tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in program management, business analysis, or implementation roles.
• Experience with automotive retail or franchise dealership operations.
• Experience with automotive dealership systems, including DMS, ERP tools, warehouse management, or order fulfillment platforms.
• Strong customer mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• Accountable, curious, and proactive approach to understanding user needs and business goals.

Perks & Benefits

• Competitive compensation and generous stock options.
• 100% employer-paid top-of-the-line medical, dental, and vision coverage.
• Great benefits including unlimited PTO, parental leave, and free snacks and beverages.
• The opportunity to work with some of the brightest minds from Silicon Valley’s most dominant and successful companies.
• Be part of an early stage, hyper-growth start-up with the opportunity to grow and prosper.
• Work on the latest and coolest technologies — everything is home-grown and built ground-up.
• A dynamic work environment with a strong sense of community and collaboration.
• An open and transparent culture that encourages innovation, rewards performance, and discourages hierarchy.
