The Project Coordination Manager provides critical leadership and project coordination to a highly effective team of Project Coordinators and assigned special project management. This role will develop and drive a culture of collaboration, accountability and efficiency by providing coaching and mentorship to Project Coordinators. This role will oversee day to day operations and project oversight by implementing project management and Agile best practices, principles, and high-quality standards. It will also support departmental and organizational success by supporting end-to-end coordination of assigned internal projects. 

Responsiblities:

    1. Manage a team of Project Coordinators by providing day-to-day guidance and coaching as well as identifying opportunities for professional growth. 

    2. Ensure Technical Account Managers (TAMs) and Agile Leads are appropriately supported in coordinating, planning, communicating, and executing the delivery of core project components.

    3. Owns the delivery coordination function across all projects, ensuring consistent execution, operational discipline, and accurate project data that supports delivery performance, financial forecasting, and customer outcomes.

    4. Define and enforce delivery coordination standards across all projects. 

    5. Establish and maintain project governance frameworks (RAID, reporting, documentation, etc.).

    6. Ensure project data integrity supports accurate P&L reporting.

    7. Oversee special projects, as assigned, by providing data analytics, project planning and effective execution. 

    8. Leads project meetings,  reviews status and escalates issues for corrective action.

    9. Oversees the completion of administrative tasks such as project operations support, deliverable management, communication support and project/service management tooling support.

    10. Triage and delegate project issues and work with internal departments to address/mitigate/resolve the issues, under the guidance of Technical Implementation Leads and Technical Account Managers

    11. Proactively identify project blockers and risks and flags them to the project team.

    12. Develop and ensure maintenance of issue logs and project repositories of documents, prepare documents for various recurring meetings including minutes, issue logs, etc.

    13. Coordinate with multiple internal/external partners. Establish effective collaboration with other teams and ensure good communication.

    14. Monitor, track and coordinate project plans and provide reporting and input to ensure targets are met.

    15. Provides direct support in complex reporting, planning, and escalated contracting challenges to cross-functional teams and partners.

    16. Provide timely and accurate project updates to leadership and external partners. 

    17. Gather and analyze project data and propose efficient ways to expedite project delivery.

Requirements:

    1. 6+ years of experience working with internal clients and business units within an IT environment. 2+ years of people management and/or lead experience. 

    2. Previously demonstrated ability to guide, mentor and influence a team of Project Coordinators and/or similar roles. 

    3. Experience working with JIRA, Confluence or similar tools, required.

    4. Demonstrated ability to work well with various groups of internal and external clients within business units while demonstrating customer service.

    5. In-depth understanding of project management concepts.

    6. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, SOW and resourcing

    7. Should be able to multitask and be a quick learner. Have excellent communications skills and  can manage client expectations. Can do attitude. 

    8. Strong organizational skills. Ability to, provides updates as required, identifies potential conflicts between project and functional areas.

    9. Excels at working independently and in a team environment with internal cross-functional teams.
