You'll own how coordination runs day to day: who supports which recruiters, the scheduling SLAs and support bar for every interview and onsite, and how the team scales as hiring grows. Our coordinators support multiple recruiters and hiring teams, handling a high volume of mostly technical interview loops. They partner with executive assistants on confidential roles, and support the opening of jobs and the building of interview plans for all roles. You'll make sure that pace stays sustainable for the team and smooth for every candidate.
