  • AI & Process Automation: Actively identify manual bottlenecks within the revenue workflow and implement AI tools and automation to streamline data extraction, contract review, and routine validations.

  • Audit Support: Support the team with external and internal audits, preparing comprehensive revenue schedules, walk-throughs, and PBC (Provided by Client) requests.

  • Ad Hoc Projects: Lead and support strategic finance initiatives, including system upgrades, process improvements, and M&A integration.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of revenue accounting experience, specifically within the software/SaaS industry.

  • Solid, demonstrable understanding of ASC 606 (Revenue from Contracts with Customers).

  • Advanced, hands-on experience with NetSuite ARM is strictly required.

  • Advanced Excel Skills and Proficiency in business intelligence and data visualization tools.

  • Demonstrated ability or strong aptitude to effectively utilize AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
