At Compass, our mission is to help everyone find their place in the world. Founded in 2012, we’re revolutionizing the real estate industry with our end-to-end platform that empowers residential real estate agents to deliver exceptional service to seller and buyer clients.

As Compass continues to experience massive growth, we are looking for the best and brightest to surface business insights and deploy intelligent operations that drive strategic decisions. For this role, we are looking for a key manager to help build and scale our world-class growth machine. You will be joining the team that designs the business infrastructure, intelligent automated workflows, and data-driven insights that drive success in the agent recruiting process. This role reports to the Managing Director of the Revenue Strategy and Operations.

The ideal candidate will thrive in an energetic, fast-paced, and highly collaborative environment; no two days are alike, and everyone on our team has a lot of freedom to choose the projects that they believe will have the biggest impact for the company. The most important skill set for this role is the ability to optimize and drive process excellence for an enterprise sales organization by marrying traditional revenue operations with modern AI-driven automation.

The Manager will be expected to lead complex, dynamic projects with multiple cross-functional business and technical partners (including sales, sales leadership, business systems, finance, legal, and company leadership).

At Compass You Will:

Growth Strategy, Territories, and AI-Driven Automation

  • GTM Architecture: Help the company set the direction and playbook for Growth each year. This includes setting individual targets for our recruiting team, managing recruiting territories, and designing bonus payment structures.
  • Workflow Automation: Review existing go-to-market and recruitment workflows to pinpoint bottlenecks. Design, test, and deploy AI-driven and automated solutions (using low-code/no-code tools, iPaaS, or LLM integrations) to eliminate manual data entry and repetitive tasks.
  • Operational Efficiency: Continuous auditing of the sales and recruiting pipeline to maximize team velocity, enabling the growth team to move faster through the sales cycle.
  • Intelligent Process Excellence: Architect and oversee the deployment of agentic AI, LLM workflows, and advanced automation to streamline the recruiting lifecycle, minimizing manual friction and maximizing sales team velocity.

Customer Profitability & Cohort Analysis

  • Predictive Insights: Design and implement next-generation reporting systems to surface actionable insights to Compass Leadership and track progress toward our goals.
  • Economic Modeling: Actively track costs and trends in each of our national markets to consistently improve customer economics over time.

AI Change Management & Team Enablement

  • Upskilling & Culture: Serve as the strategic champion for AI literacy within RevOps and broader growth teams. Lead initiatives to train, upskill, and enable team members to build and leverage autonomous AI agents and intelligent tools in their day-to-day workflows.

What We're Looking For:

  • B.A. or B.S. degree.
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Strategy, with a proven track record of managing enterprise-level projects.
  • Proven experience building, scaling, and optimizing GTM processes, compensation plans, quota designs, and territory models.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI technologies (such as LLMs, agentic workflows, or predictive modeling) to solve complex operational problems and drive team efficiency.
  • High comfort level working within CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and data visualization tools (PowerBI/Tableau).
  • Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel or Google Sheets with the ability to independently gather, clean, and model data to draw out sophisticated business insights.
  • Passion for and experience in driving technology adoption, change management, and technical training across cross-functional teams.
  • Polished visual, written, and oral presentation skills, with the ability to confidently pitch strategic operational roadmaps to executive leadership.
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to exercise strong judgment and solve highly ambiguous problems with limited supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, highly collaborative, and a glass-half-full mentality.

Compensation: The pay range for this position is $110,000 - $125,000 annually; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.

Perks that You Need to Know About:

Participation in our incentive programs (which may include eligible cash, equity, or commissions). Plus paid vacation, holidays, sick time, parental leave, and recharge leave; medical, tele-health, dental and vision benefits; 401(k) plan; flexible spending accounts (FSAs); commuter program; life and disability insurance; Maven (a support system for new parents); Carrot (fertility benefits); UrbanSitter (caregiver referral network); Employee Assistance Program; and pet insurance.

Do your best work, be your authentic self.
At Compass, we believe that everyone deserves to find their place in the world — a place where they feel like they belong, where they can be their authentic selves, where they can thrive.  Our collaborative, energetic culture is grounded in our Compass Entrepreneurship Principles and our commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, growth and mobility. As an equal opportunity employer, we offer competitive compensation packages, robust benefits and professional growth opportunities aimed at helping to improve our employees' lives and careers.
