About the Role 

WildBrain Media Solutions is seeking a strategic, creative, and commercially minded Manager, Integrated Partnership Marketing to help develop advertising solutions for leading brands and agencies.

This role focuses on turning advertiser objectives into compelling partnership opportunities across WildBrain's portfolio of YouTube, FAST, Connected TV, gaming, branded content, and family entertainment experiences.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, storytelling, audience understanding, and strong execution. They enjoy solving client challenges, developing persuasive sales narratives, identifying market opportunities, and collaborating across teams to bring ideas to life.

Job Description

Partnership & Sales Strategy

  • Develop strategic responses to RFPs, advertiser requests, and proactive sales opportunities
  • Create custom partnership concepts, sponsorships, and branded content programs aligned with client objectives
  • Build compelling presentations, media kits, one-sheets, and sales materials
  • Support the sales team with strategic recommendations and advertiser-facing solutions

Go-to-Market & Audience Insights

  • Help develop go-to-market strategies for key advertising categories, products, and partnership opportunities
  • Analyze audience insights, consumer research, and industry trends to identify opportunities for advertisers
  • Translate research and market intelligence into sales narratives, category positioning, and partnership recommendations
  • Identify emerging trends and whitespace opportunities across media, streaming, gaming, and family entertainment

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Research, B2B Marketing, Creative, Content, Distribution, and Operations teams to develop and execute partnership opportunities
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for sponsorships, branded content, and integrated marketing programs
  • Help package WildBrain's content, intellectual property, and audience assets into advertiser-ready opportunities

Qualifications

Required

  • Proven track record of experience in integrated marketing, partnership marketing, ad solutions, media strategy, branded content, sponsorship marketing, or related fields
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with experience developing and delivering compelling client-facing communications and recommendations
  • Exceptional PowerPoint and presentation development abilities
  • Experience developing client-facing materials and sales narratives
  • Ability to synthesize research, audience insights, and business objectives into actionable recommendations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including direct communications with clients
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

  • Experience within media, entertainment, streaming, gaming, advertising, agency, or publisher environments
  • Familiarity with kids, family, youth, or parent audiences
  • Experience developing sponsorships, branded content, or custom advertising programs
  • Experience working with audience research and consumer insights
  • Familiarity with HubSpot Marketing Hub or CRM platforms
