As a Deal Strategy & Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for delivering deal structuring, pricing support, and commercial approvals across Salesforce’s Data Foundations portfolio, including integration, API management, and data platform solutions. You will partner with Sales Leadership across LATAM (and EMEA as required)

You will act as a trusted advisor on strategic transactions, guiding sales on optimal deal structures while navigating diverse regional requirements and evolving consumption-based pricing models.
This position is open at Manager level. Final leveling will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience, scope of responsibility, and demonstrated competencies.


Responsibilities
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and account teams to structure complex deals that balance growth, margin, and risk.
     

  • Act as a large deal advisor on key deals and support the commercial and contractual negotiation process through the deal cycle.
     

  • Provide thought leadership on innovative deal structures, manage contractual risk, educate Sales on product offerings, and guide deal strategy by articulating pros and cons while owning final approval decisions.
     

  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Operations and Product management departments to optimise contract terms and close deals

  • Develop best practices for pricing and business terms, based on the improved use of data and market knowledge to support decisions
     

  • Navigate diverse regional requirements , balancing global pricing strategy with local market considerations, currency impacts, and commercial practices.
     

  • Support complex, multi-cloud transactions involving integration, data, and AI-driven platform solutions across enterprise customers.
     

Required Qualifications
  • Manager: 7+ years of professional experience in pricing strategy, commercial finance, consulting, or related strategic roles.
     

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
     

  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively across multiple geographies and cultural contexts.
     

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex commercial scenarios.
     

  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required
     

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience advising on enterprise, multi-year, or multi-cloud transactions.
     

  • Experience with integration platforms, API-led connectivity, data solutions, or related enterprise technology environments.
     

  • Exposure to subscription-based, usage-based, or consumption-based commercial models.
     

  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders in complex commercial negotiations.
