THE ROLE

The Manager of Supply Chain Logistics is a key member of our Commercial team — responsible for ensuring the smooth, reliable, and resilient flow of ingredients and products across our supplier and distribution network. This role partners closely with the Director of Supply Chain & Product Sourcing to manage daytoday logistics performance, monitor KPIs, and safeguard product availability for our restaurants.

You will be the connective tissue between suppliers, distributors, and restaurant teams — anticipating risks, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring our restaurants have what they need to deliver 14 Brilliant Shifts. You’ll bring structure, discipline, and clarity to our logistics processes, while strengthening relationships with Patraos and crossfunctional partners.

As with all members of the Nando’s Restaurant Support team, the Manager of Supply Chain Logistics is expected to wear multiple hats, seek out opportunities to make Nando’s better every day, and be a valuesled teammate who lifts others through clarity, care, and collaboration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supply Chain & Product Management

  • Monitor the movement of ingredients from source to site to ensure consistent product flow to restaurants.
  • Anticipate, plan, and communicate proactively to prevent vendor or distribution challenges from impacting operations or the guest experience.
  • Execute recovery protocols when restaurant supply is at risk.
  • Monitor and optimize freight lanes, logistics performance, and distribution efficiency.
  • Lead setup processes and documentation for new products, suppliers, and sites.
  • Maintain a structured, centralized digital repository for all supply chain documentation, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and version control.
  • Pull KPIs and reporting to support decisionmaking across the Commercial and Operations teams.

Collaboration & Support

  • Build strong, trustbased relationships with Patraos and multiunit operators.
  • Partner with crossfunctional teams (Operations, Culinary, Marketing, Training, Commercial) to ensure alignment and readiness for key initiatives.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on logistics processes that move products from field to fork.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to improve logistics, communication, and operational reliability.
  • Support seamless integration of new products into restaurant operations.
  • Monitor supplier performance and proactively address challenges to maintain consistency and reliability across the supply chain.

Food Safety & Quality Compliance

  • Maintain the Food Allergen database and manage related vendor relationships.
  • Compile and report QA product audit results, escalating failures as needed.
  • Maintain documentation for critical food safety systems, including SQF certifications, thirdparty audits, and Points of Inspection (POI).
  • Support compliance with FSMA, GFSI, and industry best practices.

You are expected to travel as needed for business purposes, which may occasionally include weekends and special events. All business travel must comply with our company’s travel policies. Eligible business-related expenses, including airfare, lodging, car rental, parking, and meals, will be reimbursed upon submission of a properly completed and timely expense report, subject to approval. Additionally, you are required to maintain all necessary travel documents in good standing throughout your employment.

Travel is expected to be up to 10% across North America.
