Job Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified tax accountant to progress their career within a large and dynamic global technology company.
In this role you will be responsible for preparing quarterly and annual tax accounting calculations, driving forward the automation of tax processes, and managing with the US corporation tax filings. The successful applicant will be highly numerate, quick to learn and be motivated by the opportunity to grow within a highly impactful team.

Responsibilities
  • Preparation of quarterly and annual tax accounting calculations for US group in accordance with ASC 740.
  • Preparation and review of federal, state, and local tax returns to ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and review foreign entity tax forms (5471, 5472, 8858, 1120F, etc.)
  • Prepare and review the calculation of GILTI and FDII.
  • Provide support for tax examinations.
  • Support tax transformation initiatives to automate tax processes, enhance data analytics and re-imagine how the tax function operates.
  • Keep up to date with tax legislation, SEC Regulations, and GAAP changes, practice and global developments.
  • Build and foster strong cross-functional relationships within and outside of the tax department.

Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree with major in Accounting or Taxation, CPA designation preferred with 6+ years of experience in tax from public accounting firm and US multinational corporations.
  • Strong knowledge of US tax laws and regulations, and capability of application in new situations.
  • Experience and proficiency in U.S. GAAP accounting for taxes and internal controls.
  • Independent and self-driven with the ability to adapt and get things done in a complex and fast-based environment.
  • Strong interpersonal/collaboration skills, with an ability to explain tax technical matters and ability to build strong and positive relationships.

Salary Range:
$146,600-$198,400 per year
