The Senior Manager, Tax will oversee tax provision calculations, manage tax returns, lead audits, and mentor tax professionals.

You will play a key role in the tax provision and federal and state tax compliance functions. The ideal candidate will have strong tax accounting expertise and strong organizational and communication skills. They will be team oriented yet able to operate independently and proactively.
Responsibilities
• Prepare quarterly and annual tax provision calculations and disclosures
• Manage the preparation and review of federal and state income tax returns
• Lead federal and state tax audits and manage relationships with tax authorities
• Identify and implement technology tools and process improvements to enhance efficiency, data integrity, and automation within tax operations
• Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering their growth and development
Required Skills and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA certification
• 8+ years of corporate tax experience, including public accounting and/or corporate tax department roles
• Strong technical knowledge of ASC 740 and U.S. federal tax
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-driven with the ability to adapt and get things done in a complex and fast-based environment

Salary Range:
$180,600-$244,400 per year
