The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
The Manager, Transformation Management Office (TMO) will be responsible for driving execution across transformation workstreams, ensuring strong program cadence, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality deliverables that enable leadership decision-making. This role will operate in a highly cross-functional environment, working closely with Finance, HR, and other business leaders to coordinate inputs, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track.
This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys combining structured execution with collaboration and influence, and who can translate complex inputs into clear plans, outputs, and communications.
The ideal candidate has strong program management skills and excellent organization and follow-through. They communicate clearly, are comfortable operating in cross-functional environments, and can drive accountability while maintaining strong working relationships.

Strategic problem solving and planning: Support development of transformation priorities and strategic initiatives and help shape direction across workstreams
Program Orchestration & Execution: Lead execution of transformation workstreams, including planning, sequencing, dependency management, and readiness tracking
Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment: Serve as the primary owner of cross-functional coordination to validate inputs and drive alignment
Materials Development & Communication: Lead development of presentations, templates, and structured outputs for leadership review
Operational Governance & Process Execution: Apply TMO frameworks and standards, ensuring consistency in tracking and reporting
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 7 years of program management experience (preferably in consulting, strategy, PMO, or transformation roles)
OR
Highschool/ GED or higher AND 11 years of program management experience (preferably in consulting, strategy, PMO, or transformation roles)
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Exposure to healthcare or medtech industry
- Experience organizing complex information and driving structured problem-solving and execution
- Demonstrated track record of addressing business problems and shaping strategic direction
- Experience managing or supporting cross-functional programs, projects or workstreams
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across stakeholders and influence without authority
- Proven ability to take ownership and drive work forward independently
- Strong attention to detail and effective management of multiple priorities
- Experience developing executive-ready materials
- Comfort building and interpreting analytical models as needed
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Additional Requirements
In this role, you may be required to enter healthcare or other third-party facilities. Those facilities may, in turn, require you to possess certain licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials or qualifications (collectively “prerequisites to entry”) for regulatory, safety, or other business reasons.
