In this dynamic role, you’ll play a pivotal part in planning and delivering brand visits to Australia and New Zealand, working closely with internal teams and external partners to create seamless, memorable experiences that strengthen our brand relationships.

The Role You Could Play:   

  • Coordinate the end-to-end planning and execution of in-market brand visits, including scheduling, logistics, and stakeholder engagement

  • Manage and reconcile trip budgets, ensuring financial accuracy and transparency

  • Facilitate post-implementation reviews (PIRs) to capture key insights and learnings

  • Occasionally host visiting brand representatives, delivering a polished MECCA experience

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Brand Management, Marketing, Education, and Events

What You Will Bring:

  • Experience in coordination, project support, or brand/marketing operations, ideally within retail, beauty, fashion, or FMCG

  • Demonstrated ability to manage logistics, timelines and stakeholder communication with ease

  • Strong budgeting and financial reconciliation skills with confidence working alongside finance teams

  • A natural collaborator who builds strong internal and external relationships

  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
