  • Contribute research on topics such as luxury market dynamics, neighborhood-level trends, and price-tier segmentation.

Content & Communication

  • Write market reports, commentaries, and data-driven narratives for agents, consumers, and journalists.
  • Prepare data summaries, charts, and talking points to support media and PR efforts.

  • Bay Area and Northern California real estate market analysis experience, with ability to grow for other local market analyses around the country.
  • Strong analytical background with a commitment to self-directed data research.
  • Absolute dedication to honest, straightforward, and trustworthy market analysis.
  • Familiarity with standard real estate statistical definitions and local MLS programs and data systems.
  • Excellent written communication skills: able to produce succinct, cogent explanations of market statistics, conditions, and trends with the appropriate context for each audience.
  • Experience producing charts and graphics for research or media; familiarity with tools such as Flourish or Datawrapper.
  • Ability to engage proactively with the media and respond immediately to press inquiries.
  • Familiarity with macroeconomic data and its relationship to housing markets.
  • Curiosity and willingness to explore data from new angles, surface unexpected findings, and learn how AI can assist in and improve market research.
  • This role is 100% Onsite based out of our SF Office
Other Skills
  • Background in residential real estate, appraisal, urban planning, or a related field.
  • Experience collaborating with editorial or communications teams on consumer-facing content.
