Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution: Support the launch and monitoring of marketing campaigns across email, push, in-app, and paid acquisition channels (social, display, influencer).
  • Automation & Journeys: Help set up and test automated customer journeys that welcome, reactivate, or retain players—at scale.
  • AI & Personalization: Assist with building data-driven models using AI tools to improve player segmentation, bonus recommendations, and creative testing.
  • Acquisition Analytics: Support user acquisition reporting, including CPA tracking, creative performance, and install flow data.
  • Retention Analysis: Help evaluate churn behavior and identify high-potential segments using first-party data and event logs.
  • Test & Learn Culture: Contribute to A/B tests across acquisition and lifecycle campaigns to drive continuous optimization.
  • Cross-Team Projects: Work with Product, Analytics, Creative, and Paid Media teams to help execute coordinated marketing efforts.
  • Competitive Research: Track CRM and UA trends across the gaming and sweepstakes landscape—bringing fresh ideas to the table.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Recent college grad with a degree in Marketing, Analytics, Economics, Data Science, Communications, or related field
  • Highly comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL or BI tools is a plus
  • An interest in both performance marketing (acquisition) and lifecycle marketing (retention)
  • Natural curiosity and a strong desire to learn by doing
  • Clear written communication and detail-oriented project management skills
  • Passion for digital entertainment, gaming, or mobile products
  • Experience with any marketing automation platforms (e.g. Braze, Iterable), paid media platforms (Meta, Google), or data tools (Amplitude, Tableau)
  • Exposure to AI or machine learning tools for marketing (e.g. ChatGPT, predictive models, personalization engines)
  • Previous internship in digital marketing, analytics, or product-led growth preferred.
