Marketing Analyst

As the Marketing Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in providing unparalleled strategic marketing support and insight to the marketing team, serving both our operational leadership team and our valued clients. In this role, you will collaborate closely with marketing leadership to establish and execute effective marketing KPI measurement and effective use of Marketing Platforms, while continuously analyzing performance data to ensure efficiency and success.

This is a remote role with limited travel estimated up to 5%.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Works closely with marketing leadership reporting on KPIs of successful property marketing efforts that supports overall leasing efforts of assigned portfolio.
  • Responsible for supporting Marketing Technology onboarding and 30/60/90 post launch performance touch bases.
  • Responsible for generating ongoing marketing performance in a raw state to collaborate with marketing leadership on drafting final prepared performance reporting.
  • Responsible for supporting the implementation schedule in coordination with Marketing Transitions for new takeovers.
  • Participates in regularly scheduled calls with marketing leadership to review marketing performance at a community level in preparation for a client review.
  • Provides leasing and marketing training and best practices to onsite teams.
  • Recommends training plans for properties not meeting CRM Engagement goals.
  • Confidence in presenting recommendations, ideas and strategies to operations and marketing in a way that illustrates pros, cons, risk, and reward.
  • Travel Requirement: This position entails travel, estimated at 5% of work time annually. Travel may be required for property visits, conferences, training sessions, or other business-related activities.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in marketing support or a similar role within multifamily property management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Familiarity with online digital marketing platforms required.
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proven analytical mindset with attention to detail and extrapolation of data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities required.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment required.

Preferred

  • 2+ years marketing experience within multifamily property management that directly supports Marketing Analyst role; report generation and interpretation, project management, ticket platform solutions.
  • Experience with Property Management Software – Yardi, Onesite, Entrata.
  • Experience with industry-related CRMs – Knock, Elise AI, CRMIQ.

This compensation range is specific to the remote nature of this position and includes the range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; etc. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would be near the top end of the compensation range, but that decision will be dependent on the facts associated with each specific individual’s relevant experience for the role.  A reasonable estimate of the range is $70,000.00-$70,000.00.
