Job Summary
We are seeking a data-driven and business-oriented Marketing Performance Insights Manager to support regional marketing teams in understanding campaign performance and optimizing marketing strategies. This role will partner closely with marketing managers to interpret centralized reporting, answer business questions, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness. This position is ideal for someone who combines marketing analytics knowledge with strong storytelling ability and enjoys translating data into clear business recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Marketing Performance Support
- Assist regional marketers in navigating and interpreting centralized reporting dashboards.
- Answer ad hoc performance questions and provide contextualized insights.
- Identify performance trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities.
- Insight Generation
- Analyze campaign performance, funnel metrics, conversion drivers, and ROI.
- Provide recommendations to improve targeting, messaging, channel allocation, and program execution.
- Conduct deeper analyses when needed to support campaign strategy adjustments.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing managers across regions to understand goals and business challenges.
- Translate data findings into clear narratives tailored to non-technical audiences.
- Present insights and recommendations to marketing stakeholders.
- Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to enhance existing reporting frameworks.
- Suggest incremental reporting improvements to better support marketers.
- Ensure consistent metric definitions and interpretation across regions.
Eligibility Requirements
- 3–7 years experience in marketing analytics, marketing performance, or growth analytics.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CVR, CAC, LTV, ROAS, funnel metrics).
- Experience working directly with marketing managers or campaign owners.
- Ability to translate data into business insights and recommendations.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in SQL or BI tools sufficient to extract insights (advanced engineering skills not required).
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with GA4, Adobe Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar tools.
- Experience supporting multi-channel campaigns.
- Experience presenting insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
In the US, the target base salary for this role is $130-170k. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors
