About New Lantern

New Lantern is enterprise AI-powered radiology platform. We provide radiologists with one integrated system: PACS, AI reporting (Curie), a smart worklist, and voice recognition software. We are replacing a stack of legacy tools that radiologists have tolerated for decades with a modern AI-powered software stack. New Lantern improves how radiologists work, and improves patient care by making it faster and more efficient. We sell to radiology practice, hospital, and health system leaders, IT, and the radiologists themselves, so our marketing has to be credible with clinical and technical buyers.

The role

This is our first dedicated marketing hire. You will own content creation and coordinate execution across the board: content, events, email, webinars, PR, and social. You will work closely with our GTM Team, who stay hands-on with marketing direction, so you will always have context and priorities to run against. This is a builder role for someone who wants range and ownership of execution, not a narrow specialist lane.

What you'll do
  • Create content: blog posts, web copy, video content, and thought leadership. You write well, and you can use design tools (Figma, Canva, Claude Design, Framer) to ship without waiting on a designer.

  • Manage social: manage our LinkedIn and build a brand voice that sounds like us, not like everyone else.

  • Own webinars end-to-end: coordinate speakers, promotion, platform, and follow-up.

  • Run email and marketing automation: build nurture flows and campaigns, manage the tooling, and keep it tight with our CRM.

  • Drive PR: draft and place press releases for product, funding, and customer milestones.

  • Assist with event marketing & promotional activities: help manage our presence at radiology conferences (RSNA, SIIM, ACR, ARRS, SR), including booths, logistics, ads, and pre- and post-show outreach.

  • Support the sales team: build the assets that move deals. Decks, one-pagers, case studies, competitive battlecards, and demo materials. Work directly with sales to turn live deal needs into reusable, polished collateral.

What we're looking for
  • 1 to 3 years in SaaS B2B marketing, ideally comfortable wearing many hats.

  • Experience marketing a technical or complex B2B product. Our product is sophisticated, and you need to be able to explain it clearly.

  • Highly creative and a fast learner who can turn a technical topic into something a busy buyer actually reads.

  • Comfort with design and marketing tools (Canva, Claude Design, etc.), and a real bias to ship.

  • A self-starter who enjoys working in a flat organization, where their opinion is valued and building things is rewarded.

  • Someone who runs projects end-to-end and juggles several at once without dropping things.

  • Ability to ramp fast. You don't need to know healthcare or radiology yet, but you need to be the kind of person who learns it cold.

  • You already use AI tools like Claude in your daily workflow.

Bonus points
  • Healthtech, healthcare IT, or radiology exposure.

  • Hands-on event and field marketing experience.

  • Experience with sales & marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, Apollo, or similar).

Why Join Us?
  • Be the first marketing hire. Shape the brand, voice, and go-to-market strategy from day one — you’re not inheriting someone else’s playbook.

  • Direct access. Work closely with the founder and Founding & GTM leadership on campaigns, content, and strategy that actually moves the needle.

  • Real impact. The content you create and the pipeline you help build will directly support deals with radiologists and health system leaders doing real patient care.

  • Real business. Well-funded, growing, already generating enterprise revenue — you’re here to scale something that works.

  • Room to grow. As the team expands, this role can evolve into marketing leadership, demand gen ownership, or a specialized content/brand function.

New Lantern is an equal opportunity employer that values inclusion and diversity across our team. We are committed to equal opportunity for all applicants regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other legally protected characteristic.
