ABOUT AERO

At Aero, we believe that exceptional journeys start with exceptional people. Inspired by the golden age of aviation, we’re redefining air travel with a modern approach. Our direct, premium flights via private terminals deliver the comfort of low-contact travel and the effortlessly fabulous experience of flying private. Just as we create an elevated experience for our guests, we invest in creating the same for our people—prioritizing transparency, support, accountability and fulfillment to foster a culture of trust and purpose.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll get hands-on exposure to every part of the function, working alongside the small team that grows, protects, and evolves the Aero brand. You'll support our non-profit partnerships and fundraising activations, help execute brand activations on and off site, design the assets that bring campaigns to life, and handle our day-to-day community on social media. Running through all of it, you're the person who keeps the team in sync, tracking the timelines and keeping projects moving so nothing slips.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Keep marketing campaigns, projects, and cross-functional work moving and on track from kickoff through delivery, maintaining Asana as the team's source of truth and keeping marketing calendars and timelines current so both Aero and external partner deliverables land on schedule.

  • Handle day-to-day community management across Aero's social channels, both proactive and reactive, publishing and scheduling content and replying to comments and DMs in Aero's voice.

  • Track and report on social and campaign performance across reach, engagement, follower growth, brand awareness, and conversion.

  • Coordinate brand activations on and off site from planning through day-of execution, working with external vendors and partners and representing the brand in person at activations, guest experiences, and photoshoots.

  • Assist in the account management and execution of brand partnerships and advertising opportunities including vetting, tracking timelines, and developing campaign deliverables.

  • Maintain the brand asset library, keeping logos, templates, photography, and campaign files organized, correctly versioned, and easy for the team to find and use, and cataloging new assets as they come in.

  • Design and produce marketing assets for print and digital in Canva, InDesign, and Illustrator, including social graphics, event collateral, presentations, signage, and campaign artwork.

  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact between Marketing and Experience teams so the brand shows up consistently in every physical guest touchpoint.

  • Support marketing operations and administration, including building presentations and flyers, creating and distributing discount codes, tracking and making comp bookings, invoicing, shipping, and order logistics, and partnering with the Business Development, Commercial, and Operations teams to keep the brand aligned across guest-facing materials.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

  • 1–2 years of marketing experience, preferably with luxury, lifestyle, travel, or hospitality brands.

  • Highly organized with strong project coordination skills.

  • Experience with Asana or a similar project management tool required.

  • Graphic design proficiency is required, specifically Canva, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Illustrator, with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.

  • Hands-on social media experience, including community management, native platform tools, and reporting.

  • Strong understanding of brand marketing and storytelling in high-touch, guest-centric environments.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail and tone.

  • Comfortable in a startup environment where priorities shift and everyone wears several hats.

  • Able to work onsite in Los Angeles a minimum of 3 days per week, with flexibility for evening and weekend event activations.

  • Passion for luxury travel, aviation, and delivering world-class experiences.
