About Giga

At Giga, we develop, build, and operate AI energy infrastructure that powers the modern world. And we’re on a mission to fix the broken energy infrastructure experience — permanently. Our vertically integrated approach stacks site origination and development, infrastructure manufacturing, and power market participation under one operating system. Founded in Texas, Giga partners with AI hyperscalers, data center operators and other energy infrastructure teams to deliver projects faster.

Why Join Us
  • The Pace: You will own projects moving faster than anywhere else in the industry.
  • The Impact: You are the person who turns "concepts" into "contracts" and "permits."
  • The Team: Work with a world-class group of engineers and builders defining the future of AI infrastructure.

What you’ll do

As the Marketing Engineer you will own the marketing site as a revenue-critical product: ship fast, keep tracking clean, tighten form + CRM flows, and run conversion experiments without bottlenecks.

Where you’ll work

Remote, with quarterly travel to our hubs (Houston / Long Beach / San Francisco) for team onsites.

Responsibilities
  • Own day-to-day development in Webflow: new landing pages, product pages, content pages, CMS structure, and reusable components
  • Build and maintain lead flows end-to-end: gated/ungated assets, form UX/validation, friction reduction, routing logic, and download delivery
  • Implement and maintain analytics hygiene (GA4/GTM): event tracking, conversion accuracy, funnel drop-offs, and rapid updates as experiments change
  • Increase experimentation velocity: A/B tests, layout/CTA iterations, and fast deploy cycles with clear measurement
  • Ensure clean data flow to RevOps: form → attribution → CRM/automation (e.g., HubSpot / Salesforce) with reliable handoffs and naming conventions
  • Improve performance + reliability: page speed, mobile UX, accessibility basics, uptime, and site health on high-intent pages
  • Partner tightly with Content + Demand Gen + RevOps + Design to proactively identify gaps and ship improvements
Requirements
  • 5+ years building and shipping marketing websites (or equivalent) with clear ownership and high output
  • Strong Webflow build skills plus solid HTML/CSS and working JavaScript
  • Experience implementing analytics + event tracking (GA4/GTM or equivalent) and debugging issues end-to-end
  • Experience with forms, integrations, webhooks/Zapier-style automation, and CRM handoffs
  • Comfort working fast, prioritizing ruthlessly, and measuring impact (conversion, CPL/CPA, funnel health)
  • Experience building and experimenting with AI tools
Bonus points
  • Experience in B2B, industrial, energy, or data center markets
  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools, attribution models, and marketing ops hygiene
  • Light backend/API experience (serverless functions, middleware, edge redirects)
  • Comfort building a small design system in Webflow (components, tokens, documentation)
Pay Transparency

Salary Range: $75,000 – $110,000 USD (final level + comp determined by experience and scope).

Benefits
  • Subsidized health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Equity in a profitable, IPO-bound company
  • 401(k) with 4% employer match
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Parental leave
  • FSA/HSA options
  • Commuter benefits
  • Team on-sites across all offices
