Support local marketing efforts and build client relationships. Own WeChat community operations—user acquisition, engagement, campaign planning, content creation, and retention. Assist with offline field marketing and promotional materials. Track industry trends, coordinate community activity, liaise with Xiaohongshu influencers, and manage content placement campaigns.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team in developing and maintaining local client relationships to build up brand image.
- Take full ownership of WeChat community operations, including user acquisition & lead generation, audience engagement, campaign planning, content creation, and long-term community retention management.
- Participate in offline field marketing activities to acquire users and prepare promotional materials.
- Track trending industry topics, coordinate community operations, liaise with Xiaohongshu influencers, and manage content placement campaigns.
- Prior marketing or operations experience is preferred.
- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills, solid execution ability, creative thinking and willingness to test new ideas.
- On-site presence at our local office is mandatory.
- Availability from August to October, 20 working hours per week for a total of 3 months.
- Candidates with personal vehicles are preferred.
- Must hold valid legal work authorization in the US; OPT and CPT holders are accepted.
