Role Summary

The Brand & Creative Lead is responsible for bringing Eko’s brand to life across Direct-to-Clinician marketing. You will lead the development of creative across paid media, ecommerce, email, print, product launches, promotions, events, and brand activations, while also managing the people, priorities, and processes required to deliver consistently excellent work.

This role requires both strong creative judgment and strong execution. You should know what great work looks like across design, copy, messaging, and composition, and be able to make the work better through clear, collaborative feedback. You will also own the integrated marketing calendar and help develop a small number of standout brand activations each year that create awareness and conversation beyond the level of investment.

The right candidate understands the duality of modern DTC marketing: producing a high volume of effective creative for performance channels while also creating polished campaigns, launches, and brand moments that strengthen how Eko is perceived over time.

Essential Functions
  • Lead creative development across Provider-Direct marketing, including paid media, ecommerce, email, print, product launches, promotions, and events.

  • Provide creative direction and feedback across design, copy, messaging, photography, video, and composition, helping the team consistently raise the quality of the work.

  • Partner closely with Performance Marketing and eCommerce to create high-performing creative that balances speed, testing, iteration, and brand consistency.

  • Manage the creative team and external partners, setting clear priorities, providing coaching, and ensuring work is delivered on time and at a high standard.

  • Own the integrated Provider marketing calendar across product launches, promotional moments, campaigns, limited-edition products, events, and other key marketing moments.

  • Develop and execute 3–4 meaningful brand activations each year that bring Eko’s positioning to life in distinctive ways and generate awareness, conversation, and positive sentiment.

  • Help shape major campaigns and product launches, ensuring the creative idea and execution are cohesive across channels.

  • Translate Eko’s brand strategy and guidelines into marketing execution, maintaining consistency while adapting appropriately to different audiences and channels.

  • Build a strong understanding of Eko’s customers, culture, market, and competitive environment to continually improve the work.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Note: Job duties may change at any time with or without notice.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • 8+ years of relevant experience across brand marketing, creative, integrated marketing, or related disciplines.

  • Experience working in a high-growth consumer, DTC, or ecommerce environment.

  • Exceptional creative judgment and taste, with the ability to evaluate and improve work across design, copy, messaging, and composition.

  • Experience leading creative development across multiple channels, including paid media, ecommerce/web, email, video, photography, and print.

  • Experience working directly with designers, copywriters, agencies, photographers, and other creative partners.

  • Strong understanding of performance marketing creative, including the importance of volume, iteration, testing, and speed.

  • Experience developing integrated campaigns, product launches, or brand activations from concept through execution.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, including experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and an integrated marketing calendar.

  • Strong cross-functional collaborator and communicator.

  • Humble, low ego, and receptive to different perspectives.

  • A “doer” with an ownership mentality and bias toward action.

  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading brand or creative marketing at a high-growth DTC or ecommerce brand.

  • Experience marketing a physical consumer product, particularly consumer electronics, health and wellness, or another considered-purchase category.

  • Experience creating experiential, partnership-driven, PR-worthy, or other non-traditional brand activations.

  • Experience managing both internal creative teams and external agencies or freelancers.

  • Comfortable using AI-enabled creative tools and workflows.

  • Able to operate at both macro and micro levels: from annual campaign planning to detailed creative review.
