About the Role

LiveX AI is a Palo Alto startup building physical and digital AI customer engagement: holograms, kiosks, chat, voice, and web agents. This role leads marketing for software and physical AI launches to enterprise customers.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic and partner launches: turn company vision and new initiatives into coordinated public launches; build the rollout plan, write core messaging, brief creative contributors, coordinate partner announcements, approvals, and promotion.

  • Event marketing: lead marketing before, during, and after priority conferences and activations; set goals and audiences, coordinate invitations and partner promotion, develop demo messaging and materials, plan on-site content capture, equip sales for follow-up; track qualified meetings and opportunities with sales.

  • Messaging and customer content: turn priority deployments into case studies, presentations, and reusable content; maintain a focused calendar of company and founder posts and articles; keep website and sales materials consistent with the company story.

Day-to-Day
  • Work with founders to agree on the narrative, launch timing, and a manageable calendar of priority launches and events.

  • Own marketing plans and drive execution; personally write key content and manage delivery.

  • Internal specialists or freelancers support design, video, and event logistics within an agreed budget.

  • Founders and partner leads own executive relationships; sales owns opportunity follow-up.

Requirements
  • 5+ years in B2B technology marketing, including hands-on startup or growth-stage experience.

  • Excellent writing and editing, strong visual judgment, and examples of making complex technology easy to understand.

  • Experience delivering B2B launches and event marketing, and coordinating customer or partner stakeholders.

  • Turns a short founder briefing into finished work and manages projects independently.

  • Strong prioritization; comfortable using AI tools while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Success Measures
  • A clear public story and coordinated launches with partner participation.

  • Events that generate relevant meetings and qualified opportunities.

  • Marketing projects that move forward with less day-to-day founder coordination.
