We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Lead to lead the execution and optimization of our marketing initiatives in close partnership with the revenue team. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, ensuring that marketing efforts directly support pipeline growth, sales enablement, and brand positioning.

- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation
- Own campaign timelines, performance tracking, and reporting
- Continuously test and iterate to improve results across channels
- Partner with sales leadership to develop and refine collateral (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, email sequences)
- Ensure the sales team is equipped with clear, compelling, and up-to-date messaging
- Align marketing initiatives with sales priorities and pipeline goals
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content across channels (email, web, thought leadership, outbound support)
- Ensure brand voice and messaging are consistent and differentiated
- Translate complex ideas into clear, customer-focused narratives
- Work closely with sales, product, and leadership to align on go-to-market initiatives
- Act as a central point of coordination for campaign execution
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing assets and initiatives
- Track and analyze campaign performance, pipeline impact, and key marketing metrics
- Use insights to inform strategy and improve ROI
- Identify gaps and opportunities across the marketing funnel
- Streamline marketing processes and improve execution efficiency
