DISQO is looking for a Product Marketing Director to own product marketing strategy across our portfolio and shape the future of our AI-powered products. This is a senior, strategic role for someone who pairs sharp strategic instincts with a builder’s mindset, thrives in fast-moving cross-functional environments, embraces change, and is energized by defining—not just executing—go-to-market vision.

As Director, you’ll set the strategic direction for how DISQO brings products to market, leading high-impact launches that break through the noise, accelerate adoption, and empower Sales and Customer Success through best-in-class enablement. You bring a proven track record of driving product marketing strategy in multi-product, high-growth companies. You’re a strategic thinker, rigorous analyst, compelling storyteller, and trusted influencer who can align Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success around a shared vision—and represent product marketing in leadership and planning conversations.

This is a unique opportunity to help define DISQO’s next chapter. In 2026, you’ll operate as a high-impact individual contributor, owning strategy and execution hands-on; as DISQO scales, you’ll build, hire, and lead a world-class Product Marketing team, establishing the strategy, processes, and standards the function runs on.

What you'll do:

  • Own and set product marketing strategy across the portfolio, serving as the in-house expert on market and customers through competitive research, market analysis, ICP development, and win/loss analysis.

  • Lead go-to-market strategy for product launches and major feature releases, including positioning, messaging, value propositions, and integrated campaign plans.

  • Deliver a consistent cadence of high-quality product content (articles, reports, case studies, etc.) to support Demand Generation and Brand & Comms.

  • Translate product capabilities into clear, compelling value for commercial teams through close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.

  • Create and deliver enablement assets—including playbooks, one-pagers, decks, and battle cards—to support Sales and Customer Success effectiveness.

  • Drive product-led growth initiatives that increase adoption and expansion among existing customers.

  • Partner across Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, Events, and Marketing Operations to ensure seamless strategy and execution of product marketing initiatives.

  • As DISQO scales, build and lead the Product Marketing team—defining roles, processes, and standards, and growing the function over time.

AI Focused Impact:

  • Set the vision for integrating AI-driven insights, tools, and workflows into product marketing to elevate messaging, targeting, and adoption.

  • Partner with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to translate AI-powered capabilities into clear, differentiated customer value propositions.

  • Apply generative AI, predictive analytics, and automation to enhance content development, competitive intelligence, and audience segmentation.

  • Build AI-enabled enablement and training materials that help Sales and Customer Success confidently communicate the value of DISQO’s AI-enhanced products.

  • Champion responsible, high-impact AI adoption across Marketing—identifying scalable opportunities to improve efficiency, experimentation, and go-to-market performance.

What you bring to the role:

  • 10+ years of B2B product marketing experience, including time in a high-growth, fast-paced startup/scale-up environment, with a track record of progressive responsibility.

  • Proven success partnering at a senior level with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations in a multi-product organization.

  • Experience driving integrated marketing plans, differentiated messaging, and product growth across enterprise and product-led growth motions.

  • Demonstrated ability to produce content that drives demand generation, market awareness, and SEO performance.

  • Deep experience leading product launches, developing positioning and messaging, and creating sales and marketing collateral.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights that inform strategy and validate messaging.

  • Exceptional storytelling skills and a track record of enabling teams to deliver compelling product narratives.

  • Clear history of enabling sales teams to meet and exceed their goals.

  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, foster collaboration, and drive results across teams.

  • Experience building, scaling, or mentoring a product marketing function or team is a strong plus, with the appetite to build and lead a team as DISQO grows.

  • Excellent communication, planning, and interpersonal skills.

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity with a creative, critical-thinking mindset.

  • Experience in adtech, marketing measurement, or programmatic media.
