About the Role:

Health-E Commerce is seeking a Marketing Manager to support the execution of B2B2C and B2B marketing campaigns with a primary focus on HSA Store®. This role will be responsible for building and executing marketing campaigns that reach consumers through our partner ecosystem while also contributing to broader partner marketing initiatives across the business. 

This includes developing and executing HSA Store campaigns across B2B2C and partner channels; spanning campaign messaging, email marketing, partner-facing assets, and supporting materials that drive consumer engagement and conversion.  

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and executing marketing initiatives that deliver measurable results. 

Key Responsibilities:

B2B2C Campaign Development and Execution 

  • Create and execute marketing campaigns for HSA Store® that reach consumers through partner channels and benefit platforms.
  • Develop campaign messaging and marketing assets including email campaigns, landing pages, digital banners, and educational content.
  • Coordinate campaign launches with internal teams including creative, ecommerce, and analytics.
  • Ensure campaigns align with brand messaging and business goals. 

B2B Campaign Support 

  • Support the creation of marketing campaigns that promote HSA Store® to partner organizations and benefit platforms.
  • Develop messaging and materials that help partners communicate the value of HSA Store® to their member base.
  • Assist with campaign planning and execution for partner-driven marketing initiatives. 

Partner Marketing Assets 

  • Develop marketing assets that partners can use within their benefit portals and member communications.
  • Create co-branded marketing materials including banners, landing pages, and email templates.
  • Maintain a library of approved partner marketing assets and templates.
  • Serve as the go-to point of contact between the Marketing and Sales teams, cultivating and managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.. 

Campaign Performance and Optimization 

  • Track campaign performance and analyze results across key metrics including engagement, conversion, and revenue impact.
  • Work with analytics and marketing teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support test and learn initiatives that improve campaign performance over time. 

Cross Functional Collaboration 

  • Work closely with creative, ecommerce, growth marketing, and partner teams to bring campaigns to market efficiently.
  • Coordinate marketing requests and ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule.
  • Communicate campaign timelines, requirements, and updates to internal stakeholders. 

What You’ll Need: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience executing integrated marketing campaigns, ideally in ecommerce, digital marketing, or consumer brands.
  • Experience developing marketing assets including email campaigns, landing pages, and digital content.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and campaign execution.
  • Experience working with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross functionally with creative, ecommerce, and marketing teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to execute campaigns and bring ideas to market efficiently.

Compensation, Benefits, & Additional Details:

Health-E Commerce's compensation philosophy is grounded in market data and internal equity to ensure fairness and consistency across the team. Individuals new to the company should generally expect offers to fall between the entry point and midpoint of the salary range.  Our goal is to provide an offer that supports growth potential within the role and allows for future salary progression.  

  • Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000
  • Discretionary Annual Bonus Eligibility: Up to 15%
