The Marketing Manager will oversee revenue sales and customer acquisition for the International Mobile Top Up business, manage digital campaigns, and collaborate across teams to implement marketing strategies and new product launches.

We are currently seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Marketing Manager to work on the International Mobile Top Up business.
They will be responsible for revenue sales, customer acquisitions, and retention for the USA and international markets. The Marketing Manager will lead the development of digital marketing projects, including creatives to grow the international mobile top up in the retail channel. The Marketing Manager is responsible for working with various teams to ensure the appropriate implementation of marketing strategies for the BOSS Revolution International Mobile Top Up business.
This person will also oversee new products such as e-gifts and calling plans.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the marketing for the International Mobile Top Up (IMTU) portfolio of products. Including the execution and measurement of CRM campaigns which include SMS notifications, emails, and in-app push messages.
- Manage the implementation and analysis of programs that drive new customer acquisition, such as Refer a Friend, community events, social media and more.
- Design and implement digital marketing campaigns for International Mobile Top Up business in USA/Canada and other international countries.
- Lead the design of creative elements for campaigns with designers/agency.
- Analyze/monitor international mobile top up data and propose action plans to grow the business.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to effectively launch and market new or enhanced products.
- Conduct surveys on a needed basis to understand customer behavior, preferences and competition.
- Manage/Track Budget.
- Develop presentations demonstrating campaign results, business analysis, etc.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Marketing experience in mobile top up or money transfer services the US & international market.
- B2C Digital Marketing experience.
- Marketing Degree
- Bilingual English/Spanish – Fluent in English
- High energy and desire to work in a results-oriented environment.
- Excellent project management, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong digital and creative marketing knowledge and project management skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- 2 or more years prior experience in money transfer or financial services industry, marketing, digital preferred, international experience.
- Working for a mobile carrier a plus.
