Agile Robots is a global leader in industrial and humanoid robotics, integrating advanced machine learning and robotic vision to redefine the future of work. Our mission is to bridge the gap between artificial intelligence and robotics. Headquartered in Munich with a global workforce of 2,500+, we are now establishing our North American footprint. As we are now entering the US market, we are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to build our US marketing presence from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to join as a foundational member of our US team at our Silicon Valley Headquarters and shape the visibility and enhance the profile of a global technology leader.

The Role: You will be responsible for setting up and driving all marketing activities to establish the company in the US market. Your focus will be on event management, digital marketing, content creation, execution and thought leadership. You will identify the right conferences, create engaging campaigns, and ensure our brand is seen and heard in all the right places.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build the US marketing function from scratch, defining priorities, processes, and tools.
  • Plan, organize, and execute events (trade shows, conferences, roadshows, launch events, webinars).
  • Identify speaking opportunities and partnerships at leading US robotics & AI conferences.
  • Drive digital marketing campaigns, including social media, paid campaigns, newsletters, and SEO/SEM.
  • Develop and manage multimedia content (podcasts, live streams, videos, thought-leadership articles).
  • Work closely and coordinate with the global marketing team, external vendors in EU supporting Munich HQ and US external marketing vendors, to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Measure and analyse marketing performance, providing regular reports and recommendations.
  • Build and nurture a network of partners, agencies, and media contacts in the US.

Requirements

Experience & Attributes

  • Experience: 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or event management, ideally in tech, robotics, or AI.
  • Proven success in digital marketing (social, performance marketing, SEO/SEM, content creation).
  • Strong experience in event management and conference planning.
  • Creative storyteller with skills in podcasts, video production, and live streaming.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit – comfortable with building structures from scratch.
  • Agile, flexible, and hands-on, with a “can-do” mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
