About Base AI

Base AI is building the AI Engagement OS for modern B2B companies.

We help companies orchestrate customer engagement across the entire customer lifecycle - from onboarding and adoption to expansion, advocacy, and retention - through one unified platform.

Following Base AI’s recent acquisition of EverAfter, we are combining two products and two personas into one system and building a new category in the market: the AI Engagement OS.

We believe AI is fundamentally changing how modern marketing teams operate, and we’re building a team that works in an AI-native way across content, campaigns, operations, and execution.

About the Role

We’re looking for our second marketing hire - a strong, independent, and execution-oriented marketer who can work closely with Adi, our Marketing Director, to help push the marketing function forward with real ownership.

This is a hands-on role for someone with at least 3 years of B2B tech marketing experience who wants broad ownership across modern marketing - including demand generation, content, product marketing, events, webinars, lifecycle programs, campaign operations, and GTM initiatives.

You’ll work closely with leadership on everything from campaign strategy and messaging to content creation, operational execution, event coordination, performance analysis, and launch management.

As Base AI brings together two products, two audiences, and a new market category, we need someone who is excited to help us crack our go-to-market motion, sharpen our positioning, and establish Base as a market leader.

We’re specifically looking for someone who naturally uses AI to move faster, think better, create stronger work, and execute at a high level across everything they do.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll help:

  • Manage demand generation activities across multiple channels and platforms.
  • Build and launch marketing campaigns end-to-end, from planning and messaging to execution, distribution, and reporting.
  • Support webinars, virtual events, field marketing initiatives, and campaign launches.
  • Create content across LinkedIn, blogs, email, landing pages, presentations, campaign assets, and sales enablement materials.
  • Work confidently across CRM, marketing automation, website, video, design, analytics, and AI platforms, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Webflow, Figma, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI tools.
  • Support campaign setup, lead tracking, reporting, attribution, and GTM workflows.
  • Manage and update website content, landing pages, and campaign pages.
  • Support website content, SEO, AEO, and website administration.
  • Create, adapt, and collaborate on marketing assets, presentations, landing page layouts, and campaign visuals.
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns and distribution efforts.
  • Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
  • Coordinate launches, workflows, and campaign execution across platforms and teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to improve content, messaging, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Use AI to accelerate research, content creation, analysis, creative iteration, campaign planning, and operational execution.
  • Work with Israel-based teams on a daily basis.
  • Work in a startup environment, wearing many hats, switching between priorities, and maintaining high-output operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creativity and execution — someone who likes turning ideas into shipped campaigns and appreciates ownership, goal setting, and measurable outcomes.

Who You Are

  • You’re highly curious, resourceful, and eager to learn and the B2B space excites you.
  • You’re independent, proactive, and comfortable figuring things out without waiting for step-by-step instructions.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in B2B tech marketing. This is a must.
  • You have experience in growth marketing, content, campaign execution, demand generation, product marketing, or startup marketing environments.
  • You have strong hands-on experience working with modern marketing and GTM tools, especially Salesforce, HubSpot, Webflow, and Figma.
  • You are extremely AI-native in how you think and work. You actively use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI platforms as part of your day-to-day workflow. The broader your AI tech stack, and the more naturally you use AI to research, create, analyze, iterate, and execute, the better.
  • You’re comfortable learning new systems quickly, whether that’s campaign tools, CRM platforms, website platforms, video platforms, design environments, analytics tools, or AI workflows.
  • You enjoy moving quickly, working across multiple parts of marketing, and operating beyond one narrow lane.
  • You’ve worked in a global tech startup and understand the intensity, frequent changes, complexity, and cross-functional collaboration that come with it.

Most importantly, you care about quality, ownership, speed, and continuous improvement.

We work in a hybrid model within 2 days from the office.
