We are Infrrd, an Enterprise AI company helping global enterprises extract data from complex, unstructured documents like invoices, contracts, engineering drawings, and handwritten notes. Our AI goes beyond data extraction to automate end-to-end workflows, reducing manual effort, improving accuracy, and accelerating business operations.

Our product is proven, enterprise customers are live, and we're ready to scale. We're looking for a Marketing Manager with a strong background in Growth Marketing to lead our marketing function, drive integrated marketing initiatives, strengthen demand generation, and accelerate pipeline growth in the US market.

What You'll Do

  • Drive growth marketing initiatives aligned with business goals, focusing on pipeline generation, customer acquisition, and revenue impact.
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns across paid media, digital marketing, email, content, webinars, events, and other relevant channels.
  • Optimize demand generation by improving campaign targeting, lead quality, conversion rates, and marketing-qualified pipeline.
  • Partner with Sales to identify target accounts, refine audience segmentation, align campaigns with sales priorities, and accelerate pipeline progression.
  • Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives to engage key enterprise accounts and reach relevant decision-makers.
  • Own growth experiments across channels, messaging, landing pages, and conversion journeys to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance using data, analytics, and attribution to improve ROI and marketing effectiveness.
  • Manage marketing budgets and channel investments, prioritizing initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the existing Demand Generation team, Sales, Product, and leadership to align campaigns, messaging, and growth priorities.
  • Translate Infrrd's Enterprise AI capabilities into compelling value propositions that resonate with enterprise buyers and address real business challenges.

What We're Looking For

  • 10–13 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or B2B marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, Enterprise SaaS, AI, or technology companies.
  • Proven experience driving growth marketing initiatives in the US market, with measurable impact on pipeline, lead generation, or revenue.
  • Hands-on experience planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of B2B demand generation, paid digital campaigns, conversion optimization, and marketing funnel management.
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and targeting enterprise accounts.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using marketing analytics, CRM, and automation platforms to measure performance and guide decisions.
  • Experience collaborating with Sales teams to improve lead quality, campaign alignment, and pipeline conversion.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technology into clear, compelling business messaging.
  • A growth mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Experience in Enterprise AI, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), document automation, or enterprise software is a plus.

Why Join Infrrd?

  • Help scale an Enterprise AI company with a proven product and live enterprise customers.
  • Drive growth marketing for the US market and see the direct impact of your work on pipeline and business outcomes.
  • Work on meaningful challenges at the intersection of AI, enterprise software, and complex business workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and leadership to shape and execute growth initiatives.
  • Join a culture where ideas are welcomed, ownership is real, and challenging the status quo is encouraged.
