Position: Marketing Project Manager

Location: hello82 LA 7323 Beverly Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90036

Work Hours: Mon-Fri 9:30AM to 6:30PM


We are seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager to lead the execution of global K-pop marketing campaigns. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of music, marketing, and operations, and who can lead complex campaigns from concept through execution. While this role sits within the Marketing team, it is primarily focused on project management, cross-functional coordination, and campaign delivery.

The ideal candidate is a strong cross-functional leader who can manage complex timelines, align multiple stakeholders, and ensure flawless execution in a fast-paced, artist-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Project Management
  • Own end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, fan activations, and promotional initiatives.
  • Translate marketing strategies into detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with artist, label, and partner objectives.
  • Lead post-campaign reviews, reporting, and performance analysis.
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Serve as the central point of contact between leadership/external partners and internal teams including Creative, Production, Sales, Operations, and Fan Experience.
  • Align stakeholders on goals, timelines, and responsibilities to ensure seamless execution.
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and drive solutions forward.
External Stakeholder Management
  • Act as a key liaison between hello82 and external partners such as labels, artist teams, agencies, and brand partners.
  • Manage expectations, approvals, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
  • Ensure professional, clear, and consistent communication throughout campaign lifecycles.
Marketing Operations & Planning
  • Collaborate with leadership to translate high-level marketing strategies into actionable project plans.
  • Support campaign ideation with feasibility assessments, execution plans, and resource considerations.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while adapting to shifting priorities and timelines.
  • Maintain documentation, status updates, and execution frameworks to improve operational efficiency.
Industry & Fan Insight
  • Stay up to date on K-pop industry trends, fan behavior, and competitive campaigns.
  • Apply insights to improve execution quality, fan engagement, and campaign performance.
  • Ensure campaigns are culturally and contextually appropriate for global fan communities.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, campaign management, or marketing operations (music, entertainment, or cultural industries preferred).
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional marketing campaigns.
  • Strong organizational and timeline management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across teams and external partners.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Strong understanding of global fan culture and the K-pop ecosystem.
  • Analytical mindset with experience reviewing campaign performance and outcomes.
Nice To Have
  • Experience working with music labels, artist management teams, or global entertainment brands.
  • Experience executing global or multi-market campaigns.
  • Familiarity with live events, pop-ups, fan experiences, or tour-related marketing.
